This was one of the best service experiences I have had in any industry, and I want to give credit where it is due. I had several sick trees on my property and assumed, like many companies do, that they would just recommend cutting everything down. Instead, Jermaine approached the situation like a true professional and a true tree doctor. He carefully evaluated each tree individually, diagnosed different conditions, and explained the underlying issues with clarity and patience. He didn’t rush. He didn’t push unnecessary work. J&J was comparable in price but 2 things sold me.. the reviews listed here and the way he spoke about trees. He educated me on the type, the removal, the process and he spoke with a passion about the trees and his services. This man loves trees.
